Lets Get Started
open a new 500 x 500 image - resize frame-03 to 550 x 534 and paste on your tag - paste pp-02 on your tag and move below the frame - with your magic wand selected go back to the frame layer and hit the center of the frame - selections / modify / expand by 26 / selections / invert - go to the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - paste the close up tube on your tag and move below the frame - duplicate it and arrange it so that it fills up the whole frame - follow the same step as the paper to get rid of the extra tube outside of the frame
Resize skyline to 420 x 188 and paste on your tag - layers / arrange / send to bottom - move the skyline to the top of your tag - resize splatter to 486 x 500 and paste on your tag(above the frame) - resize spider-web to 299 x 300 and paste on your tag - move it to the bottom left of your tag and add a white drop shadow to it so it stands out more - Paste the regular sized tube on your tag - duplicate it and change the blend mode of the top tube to hard light - merge both tube layers together - go back though and add a drop shadow to the tube - skyline and your name
