Lets Get Started
Open a new 600 x 250 transparent image - paste pd-pp-04 on your tag - use both pd-rock girl and rock boy and arrange them on your tag so they fill the whole space - merge the rock boy and girl layers together and change the blend mode to overlay - paste pd-pp-01 on your tag and change the blend to burn - paste pd-print-01 on your tag
Paste pd-star on your tag and add a drop shadow - paste pd-guitar on your tag and move below the star - move it to the left of the star and add a curve to it - paste pd-note-02 on your tag and move below the star - move to the right side of your tag and add a curve the other way - resize pd-skull-02 to 262 x 240 and paste on your tag - add a new raster - selections / select all / selections /modify / select selection borders / settings at inside, anti-alias checked, and the border width set to 4 - fill with a dark color from your tag - adjust / add/remove noise / add noise and choose your settings - redo that border step but this time change the border to 6 - flood fill with white and add no noise

paste pd-pp-04 on your avatar - go on the banner and copy and paste the rock girl and boy layer on your avatar - paste pd-pp-01 on your avatar and change the blend to burn - resize pd-skull-02 to 200 x 183 and paste on your avatar - move to the right side of the avatar so that half the skull is visible - add a new raster - selections / select all / selections / modify / select selections borders / set the border to 2 and fill with the same color as the banner - add noise with the same settings as before - redo the border step but this time change the border to 4 and flood fill with white but dont add noise
Add your name and copyright - and your done
