Lets Get Started
Open a new 550 x 500 image - resize frame1 to 500 x 390 and past on your tag - paste paper4 on your tag and move below the frame - with your magic wand and the frame layer selected hit the center of both frames - selections / modify / expand by 6 / selections / invert and go to the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - paste paper7 on your tag and move below the frame but above paper4 and follow the same steps as the last paper - change the blend of paper7 to hard light
Paste the tube close up on your tag and arrange it to your liking in one of the frames - redo that step with the other frame - with your magic wand go to the frame layer and hit the center of both frames - selections / modify / expand by 6 / selections / invert - go back to each tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard - if not below the frame move both tube layers below it but on top of both papers - change the blend of the tube layers to screen
Paste wire on your tag and move it below both papers so its the last layer - paste scatterdnotes on your tag and leave it centered(above the frame) - change the blend of the notes to overlay - paste full body tube(or what the tube offers) on your tag and keep it in the middle between the two frames - resize sparkles and paste on your tag and move it above the tube layer(if not already) - resize splot1 to 147 x 200 and paste on your tag - move splot1 to the top left of the frame - duplicate splot1 - image / mirror / image / flip
Add your name and copyright - and your done
