Lets Get Started
open a new 500 x 500 image - resize apee32 to 450 x 450 and paste on your tag - paste appp11 on your tag and move below the frame - go back to the frame layer and with your magic wand hit the center of the frame - selections / modify / expand by 5 / selections / invert - go back to the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - paste the tube closeup on your tag and move it below the frame but above the paper - duplicate it and arrange it so it fits the whole frame - merge all of the tube layers together - follow the same step as you did to get rid of the extra paper - change the blend mode of the tube layer to screen
Resize apee2 to 500 x 491 and paste on your tag - move below the frame but above the tube layer - change the blend mode of apee2 to overlay - paste the regular sized tube on your tag and leave it centered - resize apee24 to 483 x 86 and paste on your tag - move it to the lower half of the frame but with room for your name
Resize apee22 to 235 x 141 and paste on your tag - move it to the top left of your tag - resize apee6 to 280 x 245 and paste on your tag move it to the bottom right side of your tag and turn it slightly - resize apee10 to 205 x 498 and paste on your tag - go back through and a drop shadow to the tube, apee6 apee22, apee24 and apee32
