Open a new 500 x 500 transparent image  - resize spikeframe2 to 430 x 429 and paste on your tag - paste textpaper on your tag and move below the frame - with the magic wand and the frame layer selected click the center of the frame - selections / modify / expand by 5 / selections / invert - go back to the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - paste the close up tube on your tag and move below the frame - arrange it to your liking - with the magic wand and the frame layer selected click the center of the frame - selections / modify / expand by 5 / selections / invert - go back to tube layer and hit delete - change the blend of the tube to hard light

resize heart1 to 418 x 500 and paste on your tag - move below the frame and tube layer - resize emoword to 500 x 158 and paste on your tag - move to the bottom of the frame - add a drop shadow -  resize ribbontrim to 500 x 83 and paste on your tag - move to the bottom of emoword (see mine for reference) - add a drop shadow - resize skull1 to 200 x 159 and paste on your tag - move to the top left of your tag - add a drop shadow
