Splish Splash

Lets Get Started
Open a new 550 x 500 image - resize frame3 to 500 x 419 - image / free rotate / to the right by 90 degrees - paste the frame on your tag - paste paper 8 on your tag and move below the frame - with your magic wand and the frame layer selected hit the center - selections / modify / expand by 2 / selections / invert - go back to the paper layer and hit delete on your keyboard - paste paper 16 on your tag and move below the frame but above paper 8 - follow the same step as before to remove the extra paper that we dont need - change the blend mode of paper 16 to overlay - paste the close up of the tube on your tag and arrange it in the frame - move it below the frame - selections / modify / expand by 2 / selections / invert - go back to the tube layer and hit delete on your keyboard
Resize wave2 to 500 x 198 - paste on your tag and move below the frame - arrange at the bottom of the frame - with the eraser erase all the extra wave that lies outside of the frame - resize bubbles to 500 x 171 - images / free rotate / to the right by 90 degrees - paste the bubbles on your tag and move it to the top of your tag - resize fish2 to 200 x 200 and paste on your tag - move it middle right of your tag - resize crab to 200 x 168 and paste on your tag - move it to the top left corner of your tag
Resize splish to 200 x 89 and paste on your tag - rotate it by a little - resize splash to 200 x 84 and paste on your tag - move it below splish and try to rotate it the same amount you did for splish - merge splish and splash together - add a drop shadow - now if your tube is laying down paste it on your tag and move it to the bottom of your tag - go back through and add a drop shadow to the frame, tube, wave, crab, fish, and the bubbles
