Lets Get Started
Open a new 500 x 500 transparent image - resize frame 3 to 600 x 600 and paste on your tag - paste pp9 on your tag and move below the frame - with the magic wand and frame layer selected click the center of the frame - selections / modify / expand by 5 - go back to the paper layer - selections / invert and hit delete on your keyboard - go back and add a drop shadow to the frame
Resize girl to 500 x 500 and paste on your tag - add a drop shadow - resize clouds to 400 x 265 and paste on your tag - move to the top left and add a drop shadow - and move below the girl - resize cloud1 to 400 x 258 and paste on your tag - move over the other clouds and add a curve to it - move below the girl and add a drop shadow with the opacity 30 or below - resize ribbon 3 to 500 x 197 and image / free rotate by 90 degrees to the left - paste on your tag - move to the bottom of the frame and add a drop shadow - resize sparkles1 to 500 x 471 and paste on your tag - resize sheep2 to 200 x 180 and paset on your tag - move to the bottom right and add a drop shadow

Lets Get Started
Open new 500 x 500 transparent image - resize frame 3 to 399 x 500 and paste on your tag - paste pp5 on your tag and move below the frame - with your magic wand and the frame layer selected click the center transparent part of the frame - go back to your paper - selections / modify / expand by 5 / selections / invert and hit delete on your keyboard - paste the closeup tube on your tag and move below the frame - arrange to your liking - with your magic wand and the paper layer selected click outside of the frame - and hit delete on your keyboard - change the blend on the tube to overlay
Resize witch to 184 x 350 and paste on your tag - move to the bottom left the frame and add a drop shadow - resize bat1 to 300 x 113 and paste on your tag - move to the top right of your tag and turn it slightly - add a drop shadow - resize word to 300 x 163 and paste on your tag - move to the bottom of the frame and add a drop shadow - resize candy9 128 x 150 - image / mirror - move to the bottom right of the frame - move below the word art so some is under the K - add a drop shadow - resize confetti to 246 x 500 and paste on your tag - add a drop shadow

Lets Get Started
Open a new 500 x 500 transparent image - resize ee32 to 472 x 472 and paste on your tag - paste pp3 on your tag and move below the frame - change the magic wand to selections - selection type at circle and mode at add - find the center of the tag and draw a circle until the circle is on the frame - go back to the paper layer - selections / invert / and hit delete on your keyboard - paste ee38 on your tag and move below the frame and add a drop shadow
Paste the tube on your tag and move it to the left slightly - resize ee34 to 177 x 200 - image / mirror and paste on your tag - move to the bottom right of your tag and add a drop shadow - resize ee14 to 200 x 195 - images / flip and paste on your tag and move below the tube - move to the middle right and add a drop shadow and move below the tube - paste ee12 on your tag
Add your name and copyright and your done
